Aigues which is known as Aguas De Busot in Spanish is a metropolis in the Valencian city in Spain. It is a comacra of Alacanti. It is located at a height of 300m in the captivating landscape in the Alicante province. The city is easily accessible from the beaches of El Campello and San-Juan. It is spread over a total area of around 18.47sq.km. The basic meaning of Aigues is ‘waters’. The city got its name from the fact that it has a well called as Cabeço d’Or. Also the river named Aigues originates from this city and hence its name. The water of Aigues is enriched with the goodness of iron and sulphur due to hydrothermal processes going on in the city. That is why the water is full of medical qualities. The city shares borders with Relleu, Orchesta, Campello and Busot. Currently, the main source of income for most citizens in the city is leisure and gastronomy.
