Fayence is a city in the south-eastern France. It is situated in the Var subdivision in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur area. It is one among the sequence of suspended villages that overlook the plain amid the Southern Alps and the Esterel massif. It is worth noting that the sequence of these villages share their boundary with the sea amid Cannes and Saint-Raphael. It is expanded over an area of 27.86sq.km. It is located on the road to Mons. This road gets linked with the Route Napoleon afterwards. The Fayence-Tourettes Airport is the leading glider planes centre in Europe. It hosts the Provence Cote d’Azur Aeronautical Association. The city is known for its local crafts such as pottery, stone and wood-carving.
