Located in the south-eastern France, Entrecasteaux is a community in the Var subdivision. It is located in the Provence-Alpes Cote D’ Azur area of the country. The city is spread over an area of 32.11sq.km. Known for its natural beauty, Entrecasteaux is a charming village. The village is known for its 17th century cellar. This cellar governs over a long and plain street. This cellar is restored by Ian Mac Garvie-Munn. He was a Scottish artist. The village is full of numbers of interesting things for the tourists. Also the village is known for its public square that is designed by Le Notre. The village is also famous for rising of silkworms in the 19th century. At that time, the city used to produce around 12tons of cocoons in a year. Additionally, the city is also recognized for its castles and gardens. Owing to same reason, it is among the major tourist attractions in the area.
