Claviers is a small town in the VAR region. It spans across a geographical area of 15.9 sq.km. The town is located in the Provence Alpes Cote d’Azur region. Toulon lies about 74 kilometres from the town. Cannes a bigger municipality lies closer to Claviers. The commune is located on a rocky ridge which is bordered by pine forests, oak woods, olive trees and hills on all the sides. You can view the panoramic view of the Mediterranean and the adjoining area. The River Riou passes through the side of the town. While visiting the town, you will find some old houses, stone gates, stone bridges and antique doors. The local people of the town communicate in French.
