EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SONIPAT
Located just 28 Kms from Delhi, Sonipat is said to be some time ago named as "Swarnaprastha" which generally converts into "brilliant city". It was said to be worked by the five Pandava siblings amid the season of the Mahabharata. Legend has it that the city has a place with Raja Soni who was a relative of Arjuna. Having a great deal of verifiable esteem, Sonipat is clamoring city which was cut out of Rohtak. There is evidence that the city has been in existence since around 600 BC, as it finds a mention in Ashtadhyayi, written by the great grammarian Panini.
