EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT MONDA
Monda sits on a slope, in the foothills of La Sierra de las Nieves; its metropolitan range frames some portion of the Sierra de las Nieves National Park. The town is found marginally inland, quite recently past Ojen, 15 minutes drive from the shoreline resort of Marbella. The point of convergence of the town is the La Villeta Castillo (Castle), which crowns the slope that Monda occupies. Based on the remnants of the previous Arabic post and restored for vacationer purposes as an inn and eatery; the stronghold gives a wonderful setting to appreciate supper with an all encompassing perspectives to the Guadalhorce valley and Malaga bay.You still observe old agriculturists crossing the square with their stacked jackasses on their way to their olive and orange forests. The encompassing fields are developed as they have been forever.Monda is an exuberant and genuine Spanish pueblo, in spite of the fact that there are currently numerous outside occupants who have picked a run of the mill Spanish condition, as opposed to the more cosmopolitan urbanizations situated down on the 'costa'.
